The DiSDAC meets throughout the year to coordinate district-wide staff development key trainings and activities and to provide a forum for Site Staff Development Representatives to communicate around site staff sevelopment activities. DiSDAC also participates in the process of implementing the District Improvement Plan and of creating and coordinating Site Improvement Plans.
