How do I know my student’s food is safe?
FOOD SAFETY PROGRAM
USDA Federal Guidelines require that all school district food programs implement a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Program (HACCP). The following describes the plan that is currently in place:
- Recipes indicate cooking protein foods to 165 degrees Fahrenheit, holding temperatures, and proper method of disposing of unused foods.
- Receiving procedures to include proper temperature of delivered foods and inspection.
HEALTH DEPARTMENT INSPECTIONS
All Roseville Area Schools are inspected by the Ramsey County Public Health Department two times per school year with perfect scores for building and employee safe and sanitary practices.
Please contact Susan Richardson at 651-635-1619 for a copy of your school's Health Inspection Report.
